No. Ares handles the AI interviewer, transcription, and intelligence generation. Partners with consulting, change management, or systems integration experience ramp fastest, but we provide full onboarding and platform training regardless of technical background.
Commercial terms vary by partner type and involvement level. Delivery partners operate on project-based pricing with margins on the Ares platform fee. Referral partners receive fees for qualified introductions. Specific terms are discussed during partner qualification.
